One of the finest contractors who works on the North Shore happens to be a close friend of mine that I met when my family first moved into the area. Time and again, I've watched him go into a client's home (or possible home) to assess, evaluate, and estimate what it would take to turn the home into their dream home. He's extremely capable of spotting problems in structural design and integrity that the typical home inspector misses or glosses over while checking sockets or testing the water pressure.
